Program Notes: Liminoid is a series of improvisation-based compositions. Each is entitled Liminoid plus an Arabic numeral simply to denote the order of their composition. The pieces in the Liminoid series vary in style, duration, notation, and instrumentation but all feature a fluid combination of strictly composed and improvisational materials.
