Program Note: Con Tristezza was composed for Duo Fujin and premiered by them (with the composer at the piano) on a recital at Harford Community College in February 2011. Another version for alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, and piano was made at the request of Trio Bel Canto and premiered at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2012.
